Fine milk chocolate: a sweet single origin chocolate with 35% cocoa solids, naturally sweetened and containing genuine Bourbon vanilla as well as organic mountain milk, produced by farmers in the Tyrolean mountains.
This chocolate is created using pure Cocabo cocoa, traditionally cultivated by indigenous cocoa farmers, sheltered by Panama's rain forest region, away from all the trappings of our modern world.
Cocoa beans thrive as a mixed crop, as long as they are not forced to grow as a monoculture on cocoa plantations. Cocoa is a traditional as well as environmentally friendly plant, which enables the indigenous population to live in harmony with nature while at the same time making a living. The Cocabo Cooperative employs members of the Ngöbe and Buglé tribes. Their aim is to protect nature and continue living their traditional life.
In our bean to bar manufactory, we transform Cocabo cocoa beans into a sweet milk chocolate. Enjoy a chocolate that expands beyond your living room, represents respect and environmental protection and allows the indigenous people of Panama to carry on their traditional way of life in the spirit of their ancestors.
